Did you know that all the faces you see in your dreams have to be faces that you've seen in real life? This is a way for your brain to get rid of the superfluous faces you see throughout your life. One of the main purposes for dreaming is to help think of solutions to the problems in our life. Another reason for dreams is it helps you not forget memories of your past. Dreaming is important so you can process your emotions that you might be facing.
There are many things most people don't know about dreaming. Did you know that the human brain forgets dreams so you don't mix what was a memory and a dream? Another interesting fact is that even blind people dream. Their dreams are less visual and more about touch and hearing rather than sight. 12% of people dream in black in white. In addition, the average person dreams about 1,460 dreams per year.
Do you ever have that one dream where you are being chased by someone for what seems like forever? Well being chased is on the most common recurring dreams world wide. There are many common themes in dreams. These recurring dreams are also known as universal dreams. Some of the popular ones have to do with being chased, injured, or even being in public naked. Most people have these dreams because they have to do with realistic emotions like fear, sadness, embarrassment, and thrill. These dreams happen more often because these are likely to happen in real life than maybe soaring through the air flying.
Now we all have had that one dream where you wake up and you might be scared from what just happened. Well you were having a nightmare. Nightmares are typically caused by intense stress, sadness, or even guilt over something. Most people think of nightmares as a bad thing, but they are actually really beneficial. Nightmares are good because you see the bad thing happen and then your brain can process it and forget about what happened. The brain forgetting the nightmare is its way of putting it in the past and not in the present. This then helps us process and release stress about what happened.
So next time you wake up from a strange dream, just remember it most likely has a deeper meaning.

This world has so many secrets most people have never heard about. Some of these secrets are animals. Down below are, in my opinion, the top 10 most bizarre animals in the world.
Number 10, Okapi- An okapi looks like a cross between a giraffe, zebra, and horse. The okapi eats like a giraffe but since its neck is short it reaches lower branches. Like giraffes, horses, and zebras it spreads its legs to take a drink of water.
Number 9, Shoebill Stork- A shoebill stork looks like a cross between many birds like the pelican, flamingo. One of the main foods it eats is lungfish.
Number 8, Aye-Aye- The scientific name for Aye-Aye is Daubentonia madagascariensis. Aye-Aye is related to chimpanzees and they are also mammals. Like many other animals, Aye-Aye is endangered.
Number 7, Japanese spider crab- The Japanese spider crab has a leg span of 13 feet. They are the largest crab and have the longest life expectancy.

Video Games are something we all know, whether you love or hate them they are very popular. Now, most people just play video games as a hobby for fun in their free time, but there comes a point were a hobby becomes an addiction. And that's where video games are most dangerous. When addicted to video games they can have more negative effects then you may think. It stops just being a fun hobby when you start to see effects on the brain and behavior because of these games. “Gaming Disorder” was added to the list of official disorders. The description for Gaming Disorder is when people start to prioritize gaming over things that are necessary like sleep eating and drinking. But there can also be positive effects of gaming. In this article, we will discuss all of these things.
Video games have negative and positive effects. The negative ones start to appear when people get addicted to video games and only think about those games in their life. Some effects of video game addiction include miss judging/reading peoples feelings and actions. “Was that just him getting frustrated at life or at me?” Because of this, it can lead to rash decision making and poor choices. This can lead them into a deeper hole because they may think this makes them a social outcast and they only feel right when playing video games. Different games can have different effects when addicted. On the flipside to this argument, Oxford University conducted a study and they showed that video games do not cause youth aggression on their own. Professor Andrew Przybylski said that “The idea that violent video games drive real-world aggression is a popular one, but it hasn’t tested very well over time” and “Despite the interest in the topic by parents and policy-makers, the research has not demonstrated that there is cause for concern.” This does not mean that video games cant influence this behavior but most of the time if these things are happening it's because of more then one factor. Like you are raised in a safe environment or if your family fights. Those things can more influence youth violence and aggression. Now some video games can have positive effects rather than negative, some games can help reaction times and your Ability to solve puzzles. Games can also vastly help with hand-eye coordination. But for every human video games affect them differently, there are also so many variables it's hard to find any kind of research that will fit everyone.
In conclusion, everyone's story is different. According to Oxford video games are not necessarily harmful on their own. Video game addiction can be dangerous and playing the games for too long can cause social and emotional problems in your life. But it's mainly up to you if you want to play these video games for hours every day. One thing we do have to keep in mind for is people being mean on these video games. People can be very rude and mean when playing video games. So sometimes that is the reason for aggression or being harsh and too quick to assumptions after playing video games. But one thing people don't understand is that every situation on video games are different. People could be angry from their day and take that out on there video games. Because of this sense of randomness, we can really say that video games are or are not harmful. It depends on if you are in a situation where you are being treated with love and if you are happy with your day to day life. It truly is different for everyone. And because of this information on the internet practically contradicts itself with information, then because we have no cookie cutter answer people publish what they thing further swaying the topic into the chaos of the internet. We truly do not have an answer for everyone. Saying that the topic of video games and their effects must be further researched to get an answer for most of the population.

Memes have become a staple part of modern culture even Barack Obama saying on twitter quote “I love memes”. They first appeared in a novel by Richard Dawkins as an attempt to spread culture. But the current culture that revolves around the internet created internet memes first coined by Mike Godwin in a Wired article. They have taken on many forms such as dances (Default Dance) and simple sayings like “ok this is epic”. The first “memes” were actually made in 79 A.D as some latin sayings as graffiti in Egypt. But the only memes that matter in this culture is on the internet, the first viral one being “Dancing Baby” (created in 1996, also called the Cha-Cha baby). Now we will talk about certain current and controversial memes.
Pepe the Frog
Pepe the frog is the detailed image of a crying frog that takes different forms such as “Angry Pepe”, “smug frog”, and “pepe hands”. It grew steadily on websites such as myspace and officially blew up when it reached Tumblr. Since then many different variations have been traded on the “meme market” as certain rarities of Rare Pepes. But unfortunately, the meme became associated with racism, the Alt-Right, and support for Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential election. Soon after this, the Anti-Defamation League recognized Pepe as a symbol of hate, although every pepe is not recognized as one. Just another example of how the internet can turn something harmless into something harmful.
Elon Musk Memes
These memes have been around for a few months hinting at Elon Musk hosting Pewdiepie’s Meme Review on Twitter. Elon Musk is a billionaire who founded Tesla, SpaceX, and The Boring Company. And then Elon (Along with Justin Roiland) hosted meme review going over memes and laughing hysterically at a deer who fell into a pool and died. This quickly amassed 16,000,000 views within 24 hours reaching the top of trending within the hour. This also came along with memes surrounding Bambi.
Memes have helped people make a living via compilations on Youtube. Also, memes can help people relate to others. If 2 people who don't know each other but they both know a meme that can help them relate and feel a part of a community and also show each other new memes. In my opinion, memes are beneficial to our current internet based lifestyle.
