Wash your hands- It kills a lot of germs and it helps you from getting sick. We don't realize it but we touch our face a lot and it can spread bacteria to our hands and if it spreads to your face you're more likely to get sick. So wash your hands to keep all these germs away!
Put hand sanitizer on every time you go back inside for somewhere- If you put it on as soon as you get inside it kills the germs right away instead of waiting to put it on and spreading the germs all around. Also germs from outside don´t get to the clean inside area.
DON´T TOUCH YOUR FACE- When you touch your face you spread germs to your eyes, mouth and nose and it can make you very sick so no touching it will end better then if you do.
Avoid close contact- If you stay away from people you're less likely to get sick because the germs that other people carry won´t get on you and affect you but if you do and they are starting to get sick but don't know it they will get you sick.
Stay home if you're sick- If you're sick you don't want to spread all the germs around that you have so just stay home and stay in one place so that they don´t travel around and get more people sick.
Cover cough and sneezes- If you don't cover your mouth then all the germs that come out when you cough or sneeze will get everywhere and they will spread to different people and places making them sick. Just cover it!
Wear a face mask if you're sick- This keeps the germs away from other people and from getting on surfaces and so if you absolutely need to go somewhere then you can use one of these to keep them to yourself. But if you're not sick, don´t wear one unless you are taking care of someone who is sick because there isn't a lot in stock right now and they are for sick people!
Clean AND disinfect- Once you get done being sick it's always best to clean and disinfect anything that you touch so that the germs don't keep spreading and getting more people sick. You also want to disinfect and not only clean because it kills the germs more. Things you can use to clean after someone has been sick are, Diluting your household bleach, Alcohol solutions, and other common EPA-registered household disinfectants. Also for the Alcohol Ensure solution has at least 70% alcohol.
Don´t touch anyone at all- So instead of high fiving or giving someone a first bump you can give them an elbow high five or you can tap their feet. So just be cautious and make sure you're keeping your hands to yourself around this time. Also don't share food or drink with anyone just to be safe like in case they were sick but didn't know it and then got you sick.
10. Follow flu prevention tips- The coronavirus is kinda like the flu so if you get it you would have flu like symptoms. Nobody wants it so just follow the flu steps and you will be good!
